www.lilylanephotography.co.uk I can't believe Rachel & Jed's pre wedding photoshoot was over a year ago!!
I met with Rachel & Jed at their wedding venue, Brocket Hall to walk around and scout out photo opportunities for their wedding day. Brocket Hall was a venue that was special to both Rachel & Jed, they both loved the Auberge Restaurant and Jed especially loved the golf! I'm so pleased they chose me to be their wedding photographer, I'll be sharing their wedding day with you all very soon! Looking for a wedding photographer? They showed me around Leanne's parents land (where their wedding was taking place!) and oh my, it was beautiful! They'd spent weeks upon weeks making a pathway through the woodland, creating small pockets of details which were scattered in trees and on the floor. As the majority of my couple say, they dread having their photo taken but these two soon warmed to the camera and looked amazing! Leanne & Nick
Ashridge Estate Wedding | Hertfordshire Wedding Photographer | Sarah & StevenOn the morning of Sarah & Steven's wedding day I met the girls for their preparations! The room was full of make up, flowers and hair dressing! Sarah & Steven had their ceremony in the gorgeous settings of Ashridge Estate in Hertfordshire. It was in the middle of the woodland and was beautifully intimate! Last June I had the pleasure of being Sarah and Steven's wedding photographer. Everything about their wedding was utterly gorgeous! They'd planned and designed every last little detail to suit their style and rustic woodland theme.
Sarah wore a beautiful blush ivory wedding dress covered in lace and sparkles. To go with their woodland theme Sarah, her bridesmaids and the flower girls all wore flower crowns and clips, which worked perfectly and looked lovely! Steven and his party all decided to go for a super smart long grey blazer with a pale teal coloured tie and pocket square, of course the colours were perfectly matched to the bridesmaids stunning floor length dresses! Sarah and Steven had their woodland ceremony in the grounds of Ashridge estate, Hertfordshire. Their ceremony was intimate, relaxed and beautiful from start to finish. After the ceremony I took Sarah and Steven around the woodland for 20 minutes to get a few portraits of them both, I usually find these 20 minutes are the perfect chance for couples to relax and enjoy some time alone as a newly married couple! Onto the reception! Sarah and Steven chose to have an afternoon tea themed reception at Albury Memorial Hall, Hertfordshire. The food was delicious! Infact the same catering company that did the food for Sarah and Steven's wedding also catered for Sarah's parents wedding! I had such a lovely time photographing Sarah and Steven's wedding, thank you Sarah and Steven for having me as your wedding photographer! Are you engaged and looking for a wedding photographer? Seeing as I wasn't local to the area, I met with Ged & Emma at their home in Nottingham and they showed me around their village where their church ceremony was being held and then onto their amazing reception venue! Although it got slightly wet and windy we still managed to get lots of lovely photos! Keep an eye out for Emma & Ged's wedding blog, coming soon. Back in May I met with Gemma & Paul to practice some poses and get used to being in front of the camera. It was also the perfect time to meet up and get to know each other a bit more before their wedding in September! We decided to meet at The Grove in the Watford, which provided the perfect backdrop for their photos. Gemma & Paul were super natural in front of the camera, as you can see from their photos below! Thank you Gemma & Paul for choosing me as your wedding photographer. Looking for a photographer for your wedding? Get in touch today! Book here! I can't quite believe it was all the way back in July that Lauren & Ross got married!
At the beginning of the day I met the girls at Lauren's parents home in St Albans, which was super convenient seeing as it was only 5 minutes to their ceremony venue at St Michael's Church. Lauren and Ross chose a classy and elegant style to their wedding with lots of sparkles and glamour! Lauren looked absolutely beautiful is her off the shoulder lace dress matched with her stunning Kurt Geiger shoes. Her bridesmaids wore blush pink, chiffon dresses to match their pastel pink bouquets! Ross and his groomsmen looked pretty dapper in their grey suits with complimenting blush pink cravats. Onto the party at Verulam Golf Club! One of the highlights were definitely the speeches, they had me laughing a lot behind the camera! Thank you so much Lauren & Ross for having me as your photographer, I loved every minute! If you're engaged and looking for a wedding photographer feel free to contact me: Book here! Remember that SUPER hot day back in June? That was the day Emma & David got married!!
From start to finish Emma & David's wedding day was full of laughter, happiness and so much love. I met with Emma and her bridesmaids whilst they got ready, before they set off to the Holy Cross Church in Sarratt. Emma & David chose a rustic and pastel coloured themed wedding which worked perfectly for their summer wedding! There were tonnes of tiny details from garden herb themed table plans to huge handmade floral bunting hanging all around their reception venue at Sarratt Village Hall. It was so much fun celebrating Emma & David's special wedding day with them, thank you Emma & David for choosing me as your wedding photographer! I loved Emma & David's wedding so much! From start to finish their day was full of so much fun, laughter and love..
Emma & David's ceremony was at the Holy Cross Church in Sarratt.. which is a gorgeous little church in the buckhamshire countryside which meant it was perfect for photos straight after their ceremony in a large open field close-by. Onto the reception and wow! These two had done an incredible job of transforming their local village hall into stunning wedding reception, perfect for all of their many guests to eat, drink and of course dance!! |
